2018 Board Accomplishments

Here is a list of some of the accomplishments of the HOA Board during 2018:

Welcoming new home owners. Welcome New Neighbor Kits from Vista del Prado HOA.
Continue improving communications, via email, webpage, and online services.
- Posting Board Minutes & Agenda to webpage.
- Posting Vista del Prado Covenants on webpage.
Use of Cheddar Up to facilitate electronic dues payments.
Maintenance & upkeep of all commons areas via Clements Associates.
Urging neighbors to maintain yards.
Repaired fences in Commons.
Maintain security safety in neighborhood, including email notices.
Decline in burglaries and vandalism.
Created temporary parking spot for mailboxes access.
Work with City to keep two holding ponds clean.
Inviting both District 4 Councilors: Mike Harris (2017) and JoAnne Vigil Coppler (2018) to Annual Meeting.
Enforce Covenant violations, as required.
