What your Homeowners Association Board has been doing during 2020-2021:
- Welcomed 2 new homeowners with $25 gift cards with information about our subdivision provided
- Continue communication, via email, webpage and online services:
- Posting all board minutes and upcoming agendas to webpage (just go to our home page, see Categories on the left side, and scroll down to Board Meetings)
- Posting Vista Del Prado Bylaws on webpage (See top tab on our website) (Covenants had previously been uploaded to our webpage)
- Continued use of Cheddar Up to facilitate electronic dues payments
- Maintenance and upkeep of all common areas via Clemens and Associates (in particular, the common area, behind 3357 Vista Del Prado Court, was completely cleaned out by Clemens. This area had been neglected for years, presenting a fire hazard)
- Email/phone list updated as of May 10, 2021.
- Each homeowner was called individually for that information
- Financial spreadsheet updated in October 2020
- Concrete removed around 2 trees in the common area, near the mailboxes (this presented a liability issue for the homeowners if not removed)
- Five Vista del Prado newsletters are posted on our website, www.vistadelprado.com, where homeowners can view these newsletters.
- Just go to our homepage, see Categories (on the left side), and scroll down to Newsletters.
- Annual dues all paid up as of May 7, 2021 (except for one homeowner)
