Board Accomplishments
May 2021-2022
Here is a list of some of the accomplishments of the HOA board

 

Continue improving communication, via email, webpage and online services:

• Posting upcoming agendas and board minutes to webpage (just go to our homepage, see categories on the left side, and scroll down to Board Meetings and Meeting Minutes)
• Posting of the Vista del Prado’s PLAT (See in the covenants/bylaws tab and scroll down).  This plat shows the entire Vista del Prado neighborhood, marking what is within our jurisdiction and what is the City’s jurisdiction.

 

In mid-March, the city came out to cut down elms and clear away overgrown vegetation on the other side of our fences, near the Arroyo Chamiso trail. The plat, mentioned above, clearly delineated city’s responsibility.

In early April, the President reached out to Mr. Daniel Diaz, at the city of Santa Fe, in regard to our streets being covered in brown salt crystals that were spread out during our snowstorms.  The next day a crew came out to sweep our streets.  Great response for both these projects from the city.

Split rail fence fixed on the fencing on the west side of Camino del Prado, as you come into our subdivision.  Over the summer, gusty winds blew down a section of that fence.

Continued use of Cheddar Up to facilitate electronic dues payments.

Maintenance and upkeep of all common areas via Clemens and Associates. Clemens recently cleaned out the overgrown vegetation in the common area, next to 2313 Camino del Prado, even though the city owns that land.

Email/phone list updated as of March 25, 2022.

• Lauren and Susanne worked together to make sure the board’s email list of homeowners coincides with Dave’s list.
• Dave is the IT person for our website, www.vistadelprado.com
• It’s important that any updated homeowners’ email addresses be sent to the board: board@vistadelprado.com

The board convened via zoom in July, November, January and March due to Covid19 restrictions.  We only met once in person in September.
