2025 Annual Dues

Dear Vista del Prado Homeowner,
Happy New Year!
The Vista del Prado Board of Directors has approved the annual dues for the year 2025 to be $250.00. We believe that, without assessing an increase from last year, we will be able to ensure that we are prepared to meet the cost of goods and services related to issues our community may confront in the coming year.
The annual dues are DUE BY MARCH 1, 2025.
There are two ways you can pay your annual HOA dues:
- Cheddar Up: pay online via electronic check or credit card. Once you pay your dues, then the transfer of funds will be electronically entered into our bank account. Here is the Cheddar up link:

All of our board meetings are open to the public and we, as a board, encourage your attendance and participation.
