- Old Business
- The HOA letter regarding annual dues for 2021 were sent out in early December, 2020. These letters were sent out via constant contact by Dave Garner, our IT person for the website. Due date for annual dues is March 1, 2021.
- The board revised the 2020 financial spreadsheet, deleting items that were no longer necessary, and adding financial items that needed to be included.
- 3313 Vista del Prado: The homeowner at this address complained about an overgrown tree onto her property, emanating from 3309 Vista del Prado. The president reached out by email to the homeowner’s son regarding the situation. The president never heard back from him. The board will wait on this matter.
- Discuss overall concerns regarding the upheaval of the curb around the tree in the big common area near the mailboxes. Let’s talk about how to proceed on this, especially since spring is around the corner.
- New Business
- Discussion about new neighbors moving into Pat Day’s home located at 2344 Camino del Prado (Joanna Montoya: Do you know: What is their email address/phone number/names of these new homeowners? Do they know about the HOA annual dues?)
- Discussion about annual HOA meeting, held in May 2021. In all probability, this meeting will be held as a zoom meeting. Positions held by Joanna, Nancy, and Scott are up for nomination. Discuss when to send out notices to the homeowners.
