- Old Business
- Discussion regarding the upheaval of the curb around the tree in the big common area near the mailboxes. Susanne will discuss the three bids regarding this situation.
- Clemens & Associates-Susanne met with James Gilchrist, Maintenance Supervisor. Discussed the curb situation and the maintenance of the common areas.
- 3313 Vista del Prado: The homeowner at this address complained about an overgrown tree onto her property, emanating from 3309 Vista del Prado. Susanne reached out to the homeowner at 3309 VdP. That homeowner is in contact with the homeowner at 3313 regarding the overgrown tree. Case closed.
- New Business
- Let’s set the date for our upcoming May annual HOA meeting, which in all probability will be a zoom meeting.
- The president will ask the board members to call homeowners in regards to the following: secure a proxy for the upcoming annual HOA meeting, inquire about 2021 assessment dues (if not paid already) and remind the homeowners about our website which provides information about our HOA board meetings, including agendas, minutes and newsletters. (In early April, Susanne will divvy up the contacts with phone numbers for the board members to help out.
