Nomination and selection of Board members
We have three board seats up for election.  These board members are now leaving:  Susanne, President, Frances, VP, and Liz, Secretary

• Call for proxies: *If you do not plan on attending the annual meeting, please sign the attached proxy form(PDF) and give it to someone who is attending.
• Call for nominations for vacant positions; you can nominate yourself. The current board will vote on these positions later this morning
