- Financial update: Joanna Montoya
~ Regarding who has not paid dues yet for 2020 - The board will review the current financial spreadsheet, deleting items that are no longer necessary, and adding financial items that need to be included.
- Landscaping update of the common area that is locked in the Vista del Prado Court area. Nancy Pivonka

- Old Business
- Discuss overall concerns regarding the upheaval of the curb around the tree in the big common area, and suggestions about how to proceed
- New Business
- Decide when to send out the letter regarding annual dues for 2021
- Late payment for 2021 annual dues: if not paid within one day after the due date (March 1, 2021), the assessment shall bear interest from the due date at the rate of 18% per annum. If dues are not collected by the end of the year, a lien on that property will be recorded at the County Clerk’s Office. Susanne Lockford will discuss this with the board.
- The homeowner at 3313 Vista del Prado complained about an overgrown tree onto her property, emanating from 3309 Vista del Prado. Let’s discuss this situation.
- Review Motions that passed, plus Action Items.
