AGENDA

  1. Call to order by President
  2. Approval of Agenda with additions and deletions
  3. Read and Approve minutes from meeting September 9, 2020
  4. Committee Reports
    1. Financial update: Joanna Montoya
      ~ Regarding who has not paid dues yet for 2020
    2. The board will review the current financial spreadsheet, deleting items that are no longer necessary, and adding financial items that need to be included.
    3. Landscaping update of the common area that is locked in the Vista del Prado Court area. Nancy Pivonka
  5. Old Business
    1. Discuss overall concerns regarding the upheaval of the curb around the tree in the big common area, and suggestions about how to proceed
  6. New Business
    1. Decide when to send out the letter regarding annual dues for 2021
    2. Late payment for 2021 annual dues: if not paid within one day after the due date (March 1, 2021), the assessment shall bear interest from the due date at the rate of 18% per annum. If dues are not collected by the end of the year, a lien on that property will be recorded at the County Clerk’s Office. Susanne Lockford will discuss this with the board.
    3. The homeowner at 3313 Vista del Prado complained about an overgrown tree onto her property, emanating from 3309 Vista del Prado. Let’s discuss this situation.
    4. Review Motions that passed, plus Action Items.
