   1. The white Mercedes parked in front of 2352 Camino del Prado has a current license plate
   2. The dead tree at 2319 Camino del Prado has been removed
   3. The board sent a certified letter to the homeowner at 2319 Camino del Prado regarding unpaid dues from 2020 and 2021. That homeowner has paid her HOA dues for both years
   4. A welcome letter with a $25 gift card was given to the new homeowner at 2328 Camino del Prado.
6. New Business
   1. Homeowner’s request for a light to be installed next to mailboxes
   2. Annual dues letter to be sent to homeowners in early December
   3. Review Motions that passed and Action Items
7. Next meeting date: Tuesday, January 11th at 5:30pm
