- Landscaping of the 6 common areas, some have been neglected over the years

- The upheaval of the curb around the tree in the big common area (2319 Camino del Prado: elm tree growing next to the sidewalk)

- Discuss the possibility of raising the annual dues for next year, and when to notify homeowners of this possible increase, before HOA dues are sent out in mid-December, 2020
