    1. Since this is our first Zoom:
      1. What to do, if you don’t want to be on camera
      2. What to do about the small time delay, making it difficult deciding whether it is your turn to talk or not
    2. Discuss Overall concerns
      1. Landscaping of the 6 common areas, some have been neglected over the years
      2. Liability concerns
        1. The upheaval of the curb around the tree in the big common area (2319 Camino del Prado: elm tree growing next to the sidewalk)
      3. Fence repair
    3. Discuss the possibility of raising the annual dues for  next year, and when to notify homeowners of this possible increase, before HOA dues are sent out in mid-December, 2020
