   2. 2314 Camino del Prado requests damaged utility box on that property be repaired
   3. Address cars parked on property rather than in driveways or in street
   4. Fence at 2328 Camino del Prado: were plans reviewed by architectural committee?
   5. Dues owed: 2352 Camino del Prado owes for 2023, homeowner cannot be reached;
      2319 owes $75 for 2022, homeowner has been informed
   6. Update on Arroyo de los Chamisos crossing/Richards Ave. Ext.
5. New Business
   1. Program director at Southside library would like to inform residents of upcoming events, should we provide this information on our website?
   2. Neighbors on Camino Cielo Vista (four family members, including two children) are regularly scaling the wall behind the common area between 3321 and 3317 Vista del Prado Ct., trespassing on HOA common land as well as two homeowner properties. Believe it’s the same kids who were approaching homeowners earlier in the year looking for work/money.  3321 homeowner will seek restraining order.
