   1. Financial Report:
      1. Review financials; possible dues increase for 2024
      2. Process/procedure for assessing 2024 dues
   2. Landscaping Report:
      1. Review landscaping company commitment: Living Edge Landscaping Company: since October 2022 has done regular maintenance of 9 common areas, unclogged culverts, trimmed and cut elm trees, reinforced the sidewalk in common area, mended grape stake and common area fencing. Due to limited funding, we have discontinued the maintenance during the dormant months of November through February. They will return in March to resume landscaping responsibilities.
   3. Requests from members:
      1. Discuss whether a contact list of all homeowners be sent to residents in our community with name, address, phone numbers and emails
      2. Fence issue at 2336 Camino del Prado
      3. Review rules of trimming neighbor’s tree branches that overhang fence lines
      4. Maintaining the apron of ground between sidewalks and the street which is owned by the city but maintained by owners.  Walkways should be clear of overgrowth and trimmed as needed.  A 6’6” vertical clearance between tree branches and sidewalk should be maintained. Homeowners can contact the board for a referral to a landscaping contractor. How can this be enforced?
      5. Can members build a carport in the front of their property? Check covenants.
