Minutes From Board Meeting on August 12th
Present: Board members: Susanne Lockford, Joanne Anaya, Nancy Pivonka, Frances Rodriguez and Liz Urioste. Non board member: Gary Reynolds, former President.
Not Present: Scott Hogin.
- Call to order by Vice President Utgaard @ 6:20.
- Approval of Agenda with Additions and deletions. Added welcome of new board members: Susanne Lockford, President; Frances Rodriguez, Vice President and Liz Urioste, secretary.
- Approved minutes from meeting of July 9th, 2020.
- Old Business:
- Update of website, emails and addresses from Susanne Lockford. She has given changes to Dave Garner.
- Discussion on Landscaping contract with Clemens. Susanne, Frances and Nancy will meet with Clemens to discuss/negotiate new contract as there has been a price increase. They will also discuss services during winter months. Also, Gary and Susanne suggested we get a few quotes from other landscaping services to see who offers best price.
- Joanna presented financial report. Homeowners dues are owed by two home owners. Board discussed a letter drafted to be sent to homeowners for collection of dues and liens on property if fees are not paid.
- New Business:
- Future meetings will be via Zoom due to COVID-19 which will be set up by Susanne.
- Motion to add Zoom by Nancy, as a communication between homeowners and the Board. Board approved.
- Next board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 9th, 2020, via Zoom. How homeowners can connect to Zoom will be posted on the agenda.
