Vista del Prado HOA Meeting Tuesday,
February 11, 2025, at 5:30 pm

1. Meeting called to order at 5:30 p.m. Present: Nancy Parker, Jean Salisbury, Joanna Anaya, Adrienne Myers, Dave Garner, Joe Casillas, Lauren Smith
   Absent: Sutapa Chatterjee
   Guest: Joe Walsh, Homeowner
2. Financial Report
   1. Status of dues collection: $3500 of the $11,750 owed in HOA fees has been collected. $8250 remains outstanding. An email blast will be sent within the next few days reminding homeowners of March 1 payment deadline.
   2. Adjustment on balance sheet: Amount budgeted for insurance will increase to $2400.00, reflecting a more accurate representation of annual cost
3. VDP Website:
   1. The “Community News”, “General”, and “Minutes” tabs will be eliminated due to non-use and/or redundancy. Information contained therein will not be discarded. It will be archived.
   2. Board meeting minutes will be combined with meeting agendas under the tab entitled “Board Meetings”.
      Within each tab, information will be posted for the current year and two years prior.
   3. The Covenants, inclusive of the recently adopted resolution, are available in the drop down menu under “INFO”.
   4. The HOA directory is only available via the link that all homeowners have received. It is password protected. Dave will re-post this link on all outgoing correspondence from the board.
4. HOA Board Departures: Joe Casillas announced his departure as VP from the board effective immediately.
5. Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m. Next meeting: Annual General to be held on May 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
