- As of February 27, 2020, the current balance is $3588.87. Upon taking into account all of Vista Del Prado expense categories, our annual budget is $10,814.
Joanna reported that she has only collected $2400.00 in HOA dues.
Currently there are $7000 in HOA dues that still need to be collected.
The deadline to submit HOA dues has been extended to March 15, 2020.
Please submit HOA dues, if not already paid.

- Richards Avenue Extension public meeting March 10 at the Santa Fe Convention Center at 6 PM. Address is 201 West Marcy Street. Free parking is provided in the Convention Center parking garage. The purpose of the public meeting is to provide a project update, review the phase A analysis, and collect comments and concerns on the preferred alternatives.

- Susanne Lockford asked the board members what the website address was for our homeowners association. Nancy was able to log on at vistadelprado.com; however, Joanne was unable to log on to the same site. Susanne asked the board to clarify what our specific website is.

- Letter from association member Dr. Anne Essence; letter was received and discussed and dismissed.
- Annual meeting
- Next meeting date: our annual homeowners association meeting will be held on May 9th, Saturday at 10 AM at Joanna Anaya’s home, address: 2827 Verenda Oriente. Joanna will send out emails to the homeowners instead of mailing out letters using snail mail, informing them of the upcoming meeting. It is hoped that more people will attend this annual meeting. This will be an important meeting as none of the existing board members are willing to run again. The board discussed dissolving the HOA if no homeowners are willing to be on the board in the future.
- Crime Update: there have been reported vehicle break-ins, so be sure and lock your car, especially if leaving your car outside. Consider leaving your front porch light on during the night hours.
