From Board Meeting on Thursday, June 4th
Present: Board members Mark Utgaard, Scott Hogin, Denise Hansen, Susanne Lockford, Joanna Anaya, Nancy Pivonka and Home owners Frances Rodriguez and Aggie Damron.

We voted to accept the quote from Coates for $2707.50 + tax to trim trees next to 3317, across in the parking lot, and next to 3353. Spraying was done by Clemens in the commons area which consisted of vinegar based colored liquid. We discussed putting up caution signs in the parking area next to the concrete that is being pushed up by the tree roots. - Financials- Joanna Anaya. The budget stands at $7797.46 thanks to the increase in dues to $200.00 annually. Insurance bill is coming due. Clemens has been paid. Outstanding dues include 3305 Rebecca Hodges x 2 years, 3313 Sonia Fragozo x 2 years, 3325 Ida Lucero.

- Landscaping: Nancy Pivonka
- Old Business
- Website: Dave Garner/Aggie Damron. Time to update the contract for website management. Susanne has a copy of the contract and will send it to Mark. Mark will discuss new contract with Dave. Confirmed the website address as www.vistadelprado.com
- Richards extension: Mark reported a recent editorial in the New Mexican stating all large road projects will be set aside due to the budget constraints.
- New Business
- House sale- Denise Hansen. 3321 VDP has been sold to Lauren Smith.
- Architectural committee. Request from Frances Rodriguez Robles for approval of a fence in her front yard. Board voted to approve the request.
- Status of the board: Brainstorming suggestions to engage the community and vote in a new board. Discussed possibility of a management company.
Thought of several committees/events to engage the neighborhood. Decided to cultivate potential board members at our next meeting. - Mark will send an update to all home owners.
