Vista del Prado HOA Meeting Thursday,
February 27, 2024, at 5:30 pm

Attendance

Jean Salisbury, Pres., Joe Casillas, VP, Lauren Smith, Sec., Joanna Anaya, Tres., Dave Garner, Communications, Adrienne Meyers, member-at-large, Nancy Parker, Susanne Lockford

  1. Agenda approved
  2. Old Business
      1. Split rail fence repair will be done by Living Edge Landscape for $250
  3. New Business
    1. The homeowners directory will be available on the Vista del Prado website, password protected. A link, including the password, will be sent to homeowners
    2. The Board, along with Living Edge, will do a ‘walkabout’ of all common spaces in the neighborhood on April 20, Saturday morning, from 10-noon.
  4. Financials
    1. Treasurer reported that annual dues expect to be fully collected by the end of March.
    2. Financial report was approved
  5. Unfinished Business
    1. Maintenance of sidewalk ‘apron’ to be discussed during 4/20 walkabout
    2. Jean and Nancy will look into whether the two parcels at the Richards Ave. end of Camino del Prado are owned by the city or the SF Rodeo
    3. We will continue to seek community participation on the board.
