Meeting minutes from November 9, 2021 approved.

Committee Reports

• Financials (Joanna): 2,250.00 HOA fees collected so far for 2022; 1,481.86 has been expended on Clemens landscaping service.
• Landscaping: Baby elm trees have been cut down in the common areas; it looks like elm tree concerns are being addressed.

Old Business

• There will be no light installed at mailboxes.
• Annual dues letter has been sent out and dues are coming in as noted above.
• It was decided by the board that homeowners email/phone list will not be shared with homeowners, citing privacy issues.

New Business

• The annual contract with Dave Garner, the IT guy for our subdivision was reviewed. Some minor changes in wording were made to contract. This was then approved by the Board.
• Susanne informed the board that she will be ending her term as President in early May. A newsletter will be going out to the homeowners regarding this.
