November minutes were approved

The budget presented by Joanna was revised and approved.

Comments were made about unfriendly neighbors and if a legal letter could be a solution to deter their behavior, stop and desist. Board felt that money in the coffers need to be spent on other things. Neighbors need to work together cooperatively.

Board approved that Susanne will contact the homeowner of 3309 regarding overgrown tree and renter’s dog. Currently there is a renter living at 3309.

Discussion about the upheaval of the curb/asphalt around the tree in the parking area of the common area near the mailboxes. Discussions ranged from trimming the tree again to contacting an arborist to taking the tree down. A motion was not passed regarding this situation.

Joanna informed the board that Pat Day’s house, located at 2344 Camino Del Prado, was sold for $272,000. Susanne purchased a $25 gift cards from Albertsons and will meet our new neighbor with a welcome letter.

Vivian’s complaint about overgrown of front yards was addressed. Nancy pointed out that front yards were owner’s property personal responsibilities. Scott suggested to send her an email stating that complaint was duly noticed and recorded. A motion was passed for Susanne to send her an email response.

Regarding our upcoming annual meeting in May, 2021: In April, Susanne will divide the list of owners among the board members to contact them for voting by proxy since the annual meeting might not be done face to face but virtually through a Zoom meeting.

Nancy’s, Joanna’s and Scott’s position are for re-election. Joanna and Nancy are willing to serve again. Scott expressed his desired to do other things.

Next meeting will be March 25 at 5:30 pm.
