- Financial update: Joanna (absent)
- Landscaping: Nancy – discussed which elm was to be removed as it has not yet been taken care of.
Old Business
- Three homeowners have unpaid dues: 2368 Barela; 2315 Robertson; 2319 Brezna.
- discussed sidewalk liability concern: while we’re waiting for an estimate from Mel’s discussed whether we should use signage and/or check in with the city about liability; in the meantime Nancy will mark with paint and caution tape.
- Discussion around Clemen’s contract in light of unsupervised work and not doing any sidewalk repair or drainage cleanout: see below for action items regarding this.
- Susanne provided Richard’s extension update; Lauren will share via email with homeowners.
- Susanne reported that city had taken care of overgrown vegetation on 3/16.
New Business
- Agreed on meeting dates/times for upcoming year: 2nd Tues/every other month at 5:30 via Zoom
- Reviewed estimates from potential landscape companies, will compare with Clemen’s new contract, observe Clemens in the coming weeks and decide whether to stay with Clemens or switch companies

- Stolen bicycle seems to be an unusual event; no need for discussion

- Will stay informed regarding proposed homeless encampment behind GCC

- Lauren will keep homeowners apprised of Richards extension activity
- Jean will ask Clemens for new landscaping contract and check on insurance coverage for Bard and Mel’s; check on Mel’s bid for addressing sidewalk upheaval
