Minutes From Board Meeting on July 9th
Present: Board members: Nancy Pivonka, Joanne Anaya, Denise Hansen, Scott Hogin, Mark Utgaard and Susanne Lockford. Homeowners: Aggie Damron-Garner, Leslie Reynolds
- Call to order by Vice President Utgaard @ 6:04.
- Approval of Agenda with additions and deletions.
- Read and approved minutes from meeting of June 4, 2020.
- Reading list of candidates for board membership. Nancy Pivonka, Joanne Anaya, Liz Urioste, Scott Hogin, Vivian Nelson, Frances Rodriquez, Susanne Lockford.
- Update the website, emails and addresses from Susanne Lockford. She has given changes to Dave Garner, who manages our website, www.vistadelprado.com
- Welcome our new homeowner at 3321 Vista Del Prado, Lauren Smith.
- Ms. Smith was given a Sprouts gift card and Welcome Letter from the HOA by Denise Hansen.
- Coates completed the tree trimming for $2700 plus tax. The new board will have to decide about sidewalk repair or caution sign in parking area of common area near mailboxes.
- Board voted for 6 board members to replace outgoing or term ending board members from the list of candidates. New board members are: Scott Hogin (remained on the board), Nancy Pivonka, Joanne Anaya, Liz Urioste, Frances Rodriquez, and Susanne Lockford.
- Next board meeting scheduled for August 12, 2020, same location as this meeting.
