- Richard’s extension update: Designers will be a roundabout. Suzanne will inquire about whether the city intends to do a traffic study in our neighborhood to get a baseline for current traffic patterns.
- Nancy, Lauren and Jean have mailbox keys. Nancy, Jean and Bard (landscaper) have gate key.
- All 2022 dues have been received
- New Business
- New homeowners receive a welcome letter that instructs them to go to the website to read by-laws and covenants, particularly regarding architectural changes, fence height etc. But the process for making sure the board receives copies of architectural plans in a timely fashion needs to be reviewed.
- Nancy Parker’s request for reimbursement or dues waiver for the cost of cleaning up the common area adjacent to Richards was denied.
- Continue with paint as alert to pedestrians rather than remove sidewalk upheaval. Sidewalk removal bid was $5800.
- Culverts that are not draining properly will be addressed by Bard.
- 12 homeowners have unpaid 2023 dues

- Jean and Lauren will contact homeowners with unpaid dues
- Jean and Lauren will discuss the question of informing new homeowners about HOA by-laws, covenants and requirements regarding providing the board with architectural changes.
