Meeting called to order @ 5:30 pm
There were no deletions or revisions for the agenda. Agenda was approved.

New Business:
All HOA fees are paid off and up to date with the exception of two households.

Old Business:
The complaint by homeowner of the overgrown tree has been resolved. Case closed.

Financials:
All HOA fees have been collected with the exception of 2 households. $1,100.00 was paid out to have curb around two uprooted trees fixed. Insurance paid in full.

Landscape update:
Cracked curbing around uprooted trees has been fixed. Work is now complete.

Next meeting:
Annual homeowners’ meeting scheduled for May 15, 2021 at 10am via zoom. Frances sent out invite for next meeting via Zoom. Homeowners wanting to attend will need to contact: board@vistadelprado.com for zoom details.
A motion was made and seconded for any homeowner wishing to have proxies for annual meeting be made through email to board@vistadelprado.com
A newsletter will be sent out to homeowners with date and time of annual meeting.
