HOA annual meeting minutes for May 15, 2021

Susanne shared the board’s accomplishments completed for last year; these will be posted on our website.
Joanna presented about our current financials. All HOA fees have been collected with the exception of one homeowner.
Nancy presented about our landscaping for Vista Del Prado.
The common area behind 3357 Vista Del Prado Court has been cleared by Clemens. That area is behind a locked fence. Clemens comes out every other Tuesday.
Architectural committee is the VdP Board; all improvements must be approved in advance. Homeowners must go through this committee for approval of cosmetic changes and additions to their homes.
New Business
Richard’s Avenue extension was discussed at length.
Traffic concerns were raised using Camino del Prado as a cut through to Rodeo instead of traveling up to the traffic light, currently located at Rodeo and Richards.
There was a discussion about adding speed humps up and down Camino Del Prado. There was concern about property values decreasing as a result of the Richards Avenue extension.
Discussion about repairing the split rail fence as you come into the subdivision, on the northeast side of Camino del Prado.
Gary Reynolds raised concerns about previous flooding from Rodeo grounds.
Nomination and selection of Board members
The board members who have served on the board, but are now exiting are: Joanna Anaya, Nancy Pivonka and Scott Hogin,
Frances nominated Nancy, and Leslie nominated Joanna.
Scott did not wish to run again.
Lauren Smith and Louise Lackey both volunteered to serve on the board.
There were a total of 6 board members and 6 homeowners present for the vote.
There were a total of 17 valid proxies from the following homeowners (3356, 2316, 3345, 2332, 3325, 2312, 2314, 3309, 3333, 2320, 3361, 2318, 2364, 3301, 3329, 2327, and 2325)
A quorum was present for the vote. All four nominations were voted in unanimously.
The new board will now have a total of 7 members.
