- Status of the Richards Avenue project:
Jim Heimann and Leroy Pacheco reported some changes:- The city has purchased a piece of property from Game and Fish dept., but not from the SF Rodeo, so the roundabout will shift about 50 yards north and no longer be contiguous with Camino del Prado
- There will be above ground (at-grade) access across Richards Ave for the bike path
- Public feedback is being requested as to whether an underground access is desirable – the city will provide a link for constituents to voice their opinion
- The bridge across the arroyo will be an arch; it will not have areas for people to camp as other bridges along the arroyo have
- There will another opportunity for general public feedback before ground breaks, which won’t be for at least 18-24 months
- Community directory:
- Dave Garner will send a link to the new directory which is located on our website, vistadelprado.com. The directory will be password-protected and Dave will provide the password to HOA members only. If members need to edit their information, there will be an option to request that.
- April 20th board “walk-about”:
- Joe Casillas reported that homeowners are maintaining the fences that abut their properties and that otherwise the neighborhood is in good shape.
- Financial Update
- Treasurer, Joanna Anaya reported that the HOA finances are strong. All 2024 dues have been paid and the current balance is
- New business:
- Concerns regarding the landscaping schedule and the work that’s being done will be brought to Live Edge by Nancy Parker.
