Minutes From Board Meeting on November 5th

Meeting called to order @ 6:07 pm
There were no deletions or revisions for the agenda
Meeting minutes from September were approved.
New Business:
Discussed the HOA annual 2021 dues letter going out to residents. Annual dues for 2021 are due no later than March 1, 2021.
You can send your check for $225 (made out to Vista Del Prado HOA) to:

- If there are late payments, there will be an 18% per annum fee.
- If dues are not collected by the end of the year, a lien on that property
will be recorded at the County Clerk’s Office. - Board approved this motion for 18% per annum fee and for filing liens for unpaid annual dues.
HOA letter regarding annual 2021 dues will go out in early December. If you do not receive this notice, contact the board@vistadelprado.com
GOOD NEWS: All HOA fees for 2020 are paid off and up to date.
Financials: Joanna went over the financials, line items and balances.

Landscape update: Discussion of tree roots lifting up the sidewalk and curb in the commons area, near the mailboxes. It was agreed to table this discussion for next meeting.
