- Financial update: Joanna suggested revising the amount budgeted for insurance/liability up to $2000 in order to accommodate an increase in our insurance premium.

- all dues have been paid with the exception of one homeowner who may still owe $75; Joanna will check.
- Arroyo Chamiso Crossing Project
- Updated link on city website: https://santafenm.gov/public-works/engineering-division/roadway- trails-section/arroyo-chamiso-crossing.
- Lauren is in contact with Councilors Cassutt and Chavez. They will let us know the date/time of upcoming community meeting regarding this project.
- We will change the bank authorization for the HOA account: Add Lauren and Jean; remove Gary.
- New Business
- Live Edge landscaping has begun work in the area.
- For the betterment of the neighborhood, they will maintain the areas at the end of Camino del Prado adjacent to Richards Avenue even though those areas are technically owned by the city. This cost is included in our contract with them.
- Joanna had not received an invoice from Live Edge, and Jean will oversee that contact.
- In addition, it was decided not to have a ‘landscaping committee’ report in the future. Jean will keep the board apprised of landscaping concerns.
- 2023 dues letter will go out by Dec. 4, 2022.
- The list of homeowners was updated to include four recent sales/changes in ownership.
- Susanne Lockford reported seeing a lot of cinder blocks and building materials at 2326 Camino del Prado. We discussed the fact that the board has not approached new homeowners in a timely fashion so that they are aware of the covenants, bylaws and general HOA information available on the website. To resolve this matter, Lauren will contact Paul Blassey, the new owner of 2326 Camino del Prado to ask him to share his building plans with the board. In the future, we will make immediate contact with new homeowners and deliver all pertinent HOA information.
