MINUTES from November 9, 2021 HOA Zoom Meeting

Meeting minutes from September 7, 2021 approved.

Committee Reports

Financials: Frances raised questions about the balance sheet submitted to all members before meeting, Joanne will fix and resubmit to board for Frances to review.

Landscaping: Concerns as to how the two common areas entering our subdivision look. These areas are full of weeds which have not been addressed by Clemens Landscaping due to staffing issues. The two common areas are owned by the City of Santa Fe, which Nancy and Frances feel the city should be responsible for keeping these areas clean. Nancy will reach out to Gary Reynolds for the phone number to call the city to get these common areas addressed.

Old Business

The white Mercedes issue has been resolved; car has current registration.

The dead tree at 2319 CDP has been removed, and the owner has also paid in full delinquent HOA fees of $425 for 2020 and 2021.

New Business

Lauren requested a light to be installed by mailbox area. This was agreed to be tabled until January 2022 meeting.

Annual dues letter will go out in December 2021; Susanne will send out the letter to homeowners in December.

New homeowner at 2328 Camino del Prado was given a $25 gift card by Susanne to welcome her to our neighborhood.
