- Old Business
- Two homeowners have unpaid dues and will be contacted by Jean and Lauren.
- Sidewalk concerns
- Paint/tape solution is a viable workaround for sidewalk upheaval, but eventually the tree will have to be removed by a tree removal company, and the removed sidewalk can be filled in with pea gravel.
- The gap along center common area will be filled in by Living Edge as they remove material from other common areas.
- No new information regarding Richard’s extension.
- New Business
- Clemen’s has been let go and Living Edge will be hired. Their fee is $7800/year, which is a $1300/year increase. Funds will be moved from the ‘fence maintenance’ category in order to cover the cost.
- It was decided not to increase dues for 2023.
- Bank authorization change still needs to be handled: Add Lauren and Jean; remove Gary.
- Proposed tennis court/tutoring center on the Rodeo grounds does notappear to be an issue.
- Motions passed:
- No increase in dues.
- Living Edge hired.
- budget category amounts shifted: $1300 from ‘fencing maintenance’ to ‘landscape maintenance’.
- Action Items:
- Jean will contact Living Edge to officially hire them.
- Lauren will contact Anna Marie Brezna (2319) about late dues.
- Jean will contact Joseph Quintana (2315).
- Upon receipt of 9.13.22 minutes, Joanna will set up appointment for bank account change.
- Lauren will send information regarding Richards Extension to Dave for publication on VdP website and to be sent as individual email to homeowners.
