This is what the board does for our community: liability concerns (ie. concrete removal), fence repair, and landscaping needs for our 6 common areas. This keeps our property values from decreasing. Plus it looks nice when driving into our community.

**Nomination and selection of Board members **
We have three board seats up for election. These seats on the board are for a 2 year commitment. The board meets every other month. Board meetings last from 30 minutes to one hour.

The board members who have served on the board, but are now exiting are: Scott Hogin, Joanna Anaya and Nancy Pivonka. Does anyone want to nominate someone or yourself to be our next board? This vote is for a seat on the board; the board will then decide later the positions to serve on the board.
